We process your personal data solely in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the revised version of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In the following, we will provide information on how we handle your personal data.

This data protection declaration applies to data processing performed by fine Expression GbR.

Personal data is data that is or can be directly or indirectly attributed to your person.

We essentially process this data for two purposes: in order to fulfil a contract and for marketing purposes (advertising, newsletters, analysis of our website and your use of it). We will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it in other ways.

Personal data is your data! You have various rights with respect to your data that you can assert against us. These are described in greater detail below.

Our entire website, i.e. all forms which are used to enter data, the order process and other functions, are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This widely used system for protecting data transmissions (which is also used for online banking) guarantees the secure and reliable handling of your data. You can recognise an SSL connection through the “s” at the end of http or by a padlock symbol in your browser. Moreover, we utilise various technical and organisational measures in order to protect your personal data.

If you contact us via email or using a contact form, the personal data you provide will be saved automatically. The data that you have voluntarily transferred to us will be saved for the purpose of addressing your query or entering into contact accordingly.

Data processing and purposes

When visiting our website, your end device automatically sends information to our servers and applications, which is saved in what is known as a log file.
The following information is transmitted:

  • Type of browser/browser version, operating system, name of your internet provider
  • Website or application that brought you to us
  • IP address of your device
  • URL and name of the page visited
  • Date and time of the server request

Processing of this data is the technical prerequisite for your connection to the website, for the proper display of the website on your device and for an analysis of system security and stability. Our legal basis for processing of the IP address is therefore our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Web tracking

We use web tracking, i.e. web analysis tools, in order to analyse your use of our website. Web tracking technologies are technologies that compile visits to our web pages to create statistical data and thus enable us to recognise how our web pages are used by visitors. We use this data to design our web pages in a user-friendly manner, to measure their reach and to conduct market research. In doing so we ensure that the tools used, which, as contracted processors, perform the data processing solely in accordance with our instructions, do not merge the data collected on your visits to our website with personal data. If it is saved at all, your IP address is only saved in a shortened and thereby anonymised form. It is our legitimate interest to optimise our web pages and collect statistical data on their use. Our legal basis for data processing with regard to web tracking is therefore Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses what are known as “cookies”. These are text files that are saved on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there.

Because IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, Google first shortens your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide other services for the website operator in connection with use of the website and of the internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser in conjunction with Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the saving of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this event you may not be able to make full use of all functions on this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google collecting data (including your IP address) generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website as well as preventing their processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at the following link (

More information on this can be found at and at (general information on Google Analytics and data protection).

Please note that on this website the code “ga(‘set’, ‘anonymizeIp’, true);” has been added to Google Analytics in order to ensure the anonymised recording of IP addresses (known as “IP masking”).

As an alternative to the browser add-on or when using browsers on mobile devices, please click the following link to deactivate Google Analytics. This prevents Google Analytics collecting data for this website with effect for the future (the opt-out only works in the browser used and only for this domain). An opt-out cookie is then saved on your device. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click the link again.

This website uses the online advertising program Google AdWords and, in connection with this, conversion tracking. For this purpose, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer, provided that you accessed the website via a Google advertisement. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not identify you personally. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As such, cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
